Water
In all our sculptures the water is recirculated using quality European manufactured pumps. The only water loss is due to evaporation. Evaporation rates will vary greatly depending on humidity, air temperature and exposure to wind. A small water line can be run to the sculptures with a level maintaining valve to automatically keep the reservoir full.

Electricity
Pumps require standard 230 v electrical sources. The average electricity cost per annum for operation of the above water sculptures (excluding lighting) running for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year is NZ $60 (US $40). Based on 18 cents/kWh.
